AES provide ONE year warranty (from the date you sign up the parcel) for all of our products.
All products will be tested to make sure it can work well before shipping, if you received a defective item , please contact us immediately within 7 days from the delivery date, we will offer you a return number, and please send the product back to us, we will exchange another brand new replacement for you. We will responsible for the shipping cost from our place to yours while buyer should pay the return cost.
If the product get any problem during one year, pls contact us ASAP and try to tell us more details about the problem you found, so we can support you to solve it ASAP! If the problem could be solved by yourself via replacing some parts, we’ll ship the spare parts to you. If bad lukcy it’s tough problem, I’m regret you have to return the unit to us, and we’ll repair it for you with free charge. We’ll be responsilbe for the reshipping cost, while buyer should pay for the return cost.
Remember to Mail us immediately once you find the product have problem!
The warranty becomes void:
If the warranty seal is removed or damaged;
If the item was opened, removed any parts of the item or repaired by unauthorized person;
If damaged is caused by: Undue wear and tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
