We’ll arrange the shipment within 2 business days after your payment was completed, your package will be shipped to your confirmed address (with your phone number in case the courier company will contact you for delivery) after 2 business days.
All the parcel shipped from AES can be tracked online, we’ll offer the tracking number (with the tracking website) to you via email within 2 business days after dispatch.
We usually ship the high cost products via DHL, EMS (China Post Office); UPS, Fedex, TNT is availabe if it’s better for you. For low price products such as: Rear view camera, option parts, accessories etc., to low your shipping cost, we’ll ship it via China Post Office Air Mail (Not EMS).
